Not in my log and not in my total JP. They lowered the level restrictions on the Outlands Heroics. I want to do those on my level 65 mage. I want to do them with guildies. We did 2 heroics the other day and not a single JP Give me a break. It's the same dungeon, the same bosses. We should all get the JPs regardless of using the tool or not. If you're at 85 and trying to get your item level up for heroics instead of trying to tank in PvP gear and making the rest of us rage! WTF I can get Valor points through dailies alone, yet for Justice I do need and it is actually mandatory to have enough time for group play for any instance runs either LFR or guild ones I actually made a mistake to upgrade the rare blue item instead of buying a an upgrade for my still uncommon green piece.

Do the following Grizzly Hills quests for 50 Honor Points each. It isn't going to be the same thing as if they left your valor intact and let you roll that straight into the level 90 gear, those few pieces of gear will give you a nice edge starting out in heroics, but not necessarily a game breaking advantage when people start raiding. By then anyone trying to get an upper hand in raiding will not be using the JP gear, especially since we won't be able to raid for the first week.
