Mindflex game how does it really work

Mindflex comes across as a novelty toy but actually does work how it is stated to.. Mindball is electronic Zen table football. Two players, wearing special headbands, stand at either end of the Mindball table.

But do they really work? Independent experts say that, in theory, brain wearables could indeed do what they claim. Research over the past several decades has shown that EEG signals are related to concentration, memory, attention and even thoughts about moving different parts of the body.

These currents can only be measured when many neurons transmit similar electrical signals at the same time. An EEG is a test that detects abnormalities in your brain waves, or in the electrical activity of your brain.

During the procedure, electrodes consisting of small metal discs with thin wires are pasted onto your scalp. I picked up the game for my son, who suffered from a traumatic brain injury.

He was able to raise and lower the ball on command, not random. Also, could raise the ball to a specific height to maneuver past an obstacle placed randomly on the layout. The obstacle is plastic with no sensors. If you are going to review items in the future, I suggest you do more than read other websites and do the job for which you were paid.

While this is merely a toy, with no claims otherwise, I find the technology interesting and open to possibilities. The sensor technology in the unit has many possible uses as is evidenced by the chip makers foray into headsets designed to interface with android devices.

A Your an idiot. Or b its quite possible, your an idiot and have never tried it. It really does work. We really do need many different kinds of brains to survive.

If you concentrate it moves. Up to you. Recommend researching the neuroscience behind this game to see why it does work. Would Recommend to Friends? Clearing your mind makes the ball descend. Horizontal movement is controlled by a knob on the base. Each challenge provides a different test of your ability to guide the ball through a series of customizable obstacles around the track.

It works to a degree. I was able to alter the fan speed to raise and lower the tiny foam ball at will, although there were times when the accuracy or response time was less than stellar.

Occasionally, I would relax and clear my mind only to find the LED concentration indicator and the ball rise to its highest level. There were also times when I would be concentrating hard, but nothing would happen.

Maybe it's the game, maybe it's my awesomely complex brain—who knows.
