It appears that the screw to the compartment that plays the music and lights is stripped. I'm not sure if we got a dud or a return but either way it's frustrating. It took over an hour to get everything unpackaged and set up. Such a waste of plastic!!!! The set itself is cute and has a lot of features that make it realistic.

As cute as this is and as much as I wanted my kids to love it, I am so disappointed to have to write a horrible review. The battery compartment on the projector won't open the screw is stripped. The hot dog machine doesn't rotate. The handle to the hot dog machine was broken upon arrival. The BOWL sign stays on once you add batteries, the button doesn't work to turn it on or off.

The handle to pull the pins upright only works on half of the pins. The food counter doesn't sit flush against the walls.

Overall, this is an incredibly cheaply made toy. My kids put their Christmas money together to buy this and they were so excited to get it but I have to return it. So So DEdad - 10 months ago. Quite detailed and kids love it! However, electronics are faulty. The hot dog cabinet does not rotate, the strobe light hangs up and it appears that the bowling sounds are faulty when the pins are knocked down they keep playing on repeat.

While these are disappointing, the kids can still play with it, but the quality is is subpar considering the cost. It would've looked more realistic. The coins an bills l added my own bills get stuck in the register like all the time. Then u have to open the whole thing up an it's annoying. An now the register does not make that little ding sound anymore.

So now l don't keep any money's in it at all. An the drawer still opens though. The phone should make a ringing sound l think that would've been nice also. The shoe spray should make a spraying sound. Ok l love, love, love everything's in one big peice!

An the dolls can actually sit down in it an enjoy the game. An you can have like 4 or 5 dolls in at once! That's awesome! The the sounds the pins make I like that clip board table with the drink holder.
